Presure of business since
receipt of these instructions, and the
difficulties of arriving at some
final
rangements in a matter of that nature,

have prevented my reporting to your Lordship until now what I had done
to complete the furnishing of those Apartments. I am now however in a. position to state that all the bedrooms
have been handsomely, comfortably and yet economically furnished at a cost- considerably within the prescribed limit of £1.500.

the Private Secretary, for the room known as

"bondois", improperly
